出社前にHTBを見てるとたいていやってる「はうすふぉーくろさわ」てCM、気になるので行ってみました。
正式名称は「ハウス フォン フラウ クロサワ」ていうみたい。
・ハウス フォン フラウ クロサワってなんだ？
基本的にはバームクーヘン屋さんです。
富良野に2店舗と、サッポロファクトリーに1店舗の計3店舗あります。
大谷シフト並の偏った配置ですね。

まずはチーズイン富良野ハスカップバウム、バームクーヘンですが私の頭の中にあるバームクーヘンとは随分違う外観。
バームクーヘンの甘さにチーズの風味が被さりハスカップの酸味が効きかなりうまい。
次にSOFT BAUMKUHENを食べてみます。
一口食べると今までのバウムクーヘンのイメージを一新させる感じ、しっとり感が半端ありません。
口内の水分全部持って行かれるかと思ったのですがそんなことはなく、ほんとしっとりしています。
どうやって作ってるんだか不思議、これすげえ！
甘さはありますがしつこくなくて、牛乳とかコーヒーに合う感じ。
出席した結婚式の引き出物がこれだったら超喜ぶわ。
